ingredients :
flour , baking powder, eggs, milk, OREO, oil, vanilla flavor, sugar

directions:
1. heat oil in deep-fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). 
2. whisk together the egg, milk, flour, baking powder, sugar, and vanilla flavor in a bowl until smooth. 
3. Dip the cookies into the batter one at a time, and carefully place into the hot frying oil.
4. Cook until the cookies are golden-brown, about 2 minutes. 
5. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate before serving.
