PREPARATION

last weekend, mr h and i went to kursus kawin.. ;)

kat.. Mahligai Firdaus

ni second time nana g kursus kat cni..

this time around, nana pegi demi nk teman mr h. cian plak die sorg2 kan..

tempat ni best. mcm pegi tgk stand up comedy. ustaz & ustazah dorg sempoi gile. haha

overall puas hati..

kursus kawin.. checked!

DIY : NEST LANTERN

i just want to share..

this is how i make my own diy nest lantern ;)

"how to make a not too messy nest lantern?"

 step 1 :

.. a bunch of paper rope (any color), 

plastic beach ball / balloon, 

glove, clear glue, & scissor..

 step 2 :

..just hang the ball. and make sure cover your work surface with 

trash bags or a drop cloth, and put on gloves (this gets messy)..

..then pour the clear glue onto your hand and run the 

hemp string through the glue and then wrap it around the ball..

 step 3 :

..Glue and wrap, glue and wrap, glue and wrap.  

Just keep going.

Try to wrap randomly to avoid criss-cross patterns. 

The more densely wrapped the lantern is the stronger it will be..

 step 4 :

..Let the glue dry completely. (The glue I recommended takes

about 4-6 hours to cure completely.)

Use the inflating needle to deflate the ball. 

Remove the deflated ball from the lantern..

 step 5 :

..Tadaa!!..
